Location & Working ModelLogitech, Lausanne, Switzerland – Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)OverviewThe Product Manager will drive the definition, execution, and delivery of Simulation products used across PC and console. The role includes understanding the simulation category, identifying opportunities, and working with cross‑functional teams to bring products to market.ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver the Logitech simulation product roadmap.Develop detailed product requirements.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and software teams to deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.Work with the Head of Simulation, Marketing and go‑to‑market teams to execute a scalable simulation product vision.Agree on product strategy with the Head of Simulation.Communicate product benefits and messaging with Marketing.Prepare business case financials, including forecasting.Create user manuals, support FAQs and recommended settings for new product introductions and for product lifecycle monitoring.Communicate product status, key issues and launch plans to stakeholders, including the executive team.Monitor products throughout the lifecycle, including issues, consumer feedback, etc.Manage day‑to‑day relationships with first‑party partners for product submissions and platform changes.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Product Management or an adjacent role.Enthusiasm and experience in simulation gaming and/or real‑world racing/flight is beneficial.Ability to communicate complicated concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.Ambitious, hands‑on with a can‑do attitude.Intuition for end‑user product quality needs.Love for solving technical problems in creative ways.BenefitsCompetitive benefits packages and flexible working environments designed to support physical, financial, emotional, intellectual, and social wellbeing.Equal Employment OpportunityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
