Using change management frameworks such as ADKAR, you'll support adoption and sustainability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssess and advance the architectural intent crafted during pre‑sales. /li liProvide architectural leadership across the transformation lifecycle and guide platform adoption and evolution. /li liConvert the success roadmap created during pre‑sales into a comprehensive, managed transition plan featuring clear sequencing, decision points, and risk controls. /li liFoster and maintain trust in architectural direction, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology collaborators. /li liSupport licensing and services sales teams to improve sales initiatives. /li liCoordinate architectural efforts among delivery teams, subject matter experts, and partners to ensure build integrity and alignment during execution. /li liLead architecture governance and assurance forums. /li liPartner closely with Principal Enterprise Architects, Leadership and pre‑sales teams to ensure lessons learned, build patterns, and reference architectures continually improve future pursuits and delivery outcomes. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need to Succeed /h3 ul liProven experience providing enterprise architecture leadership across transformation programmes, from early visioning and pre‑sales through delivery, adoption, and platform evolution. /li liStrong grounding in TOGAF principles and lifecycle‑based architecture governance, applied pragmatically in enterprise environments. /li liBroad understanding of digital marketing, data, and activation ecosystems. /li liThe ability to craft compelling narratives that translate architectural choices into business‑relevant results. /li liExperience operating as a trusted architectural advisor. /li liStrong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models, and their implications for enterprise platforms. /li liExperience working closely with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to maintain build integrity. /li liAbility to apply structured change and adoption approaches (including ADKAR) to support the human and organisational aspects of architectural evolution. /li liFluency in English and German is required.
