Director of Co-Curricular Learning 100 %
Are you a visionary educational leader with a passion for experiential learning and the ambition to shape transformative student experiences? At Collège Alpin Beau Soleil, co‑curricular learning is not an addition to school life — it is at the very heart of who we are.

As Director of Co‑Curricular Learning (CCL), you will play a pivotal senior leadership role in designing, leading and continuously strengthening an exceptional experiential programme that defines the Beau Soleil educational model. From sport and outdoor education to student enrichment, entrepreneurship, service and global engagement, you will ensure that every programme reflects our commitment to ambition, excellence and care.

Central to this role is the strategic vision and delivery of Beau Soleil’s signature Trips and Expeditions programme. You will oversee its innovation, growth and operational excellence, ensuring that each experience is educationally meaningful, safe, financially sustainable and truly transformative for our students.

Working in close partnership with the Vice Principal and the wider senior leadership team, you will ensure the highest standards of impact, safeguarding, compliance and risk management across all co‑curricular provision.

At the same time, you will inspire teams, empower student leadership and strengthen Beau Soleil’s distinctive identity as a global leader in experiential education.

If you are driven by purpose, energised by innovation, and committed to shaping experiences that extend far beyond the classroom, we invite you to bring your leadership, expertise and vision to Beau Soleil.
