To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Senior Consultant to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva. /ph3Role Overview /h3pAs a Senior Consultant in our Finance Optimization team, you will support clients across key CFO agenda topics with a strong focus on digital finance transformation. You will work in multidisciplinary teams that combine finance and accounting knowledge with process, data and technology capabilities—helping deliver practical solutions and measurable improvements. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport digital finance transformation projects, including ERP/EPM initiatives, automation use cases and finance data and analytics workstreams. /liliAnalyse and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FPA). /liliPrepare and facilitate client workshops and produce high‑quality deliverables. /liliSupport finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and value. /liliAssist with project management activities and governance routines. /liliContribute to knowledge building and go‑to‑market initiatives. /liliDevelop expertise in emerging finance technologies. /li /ulh3To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. /lili3–6 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation. /liliExposure to ERP/EPM implementations. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliConfidence in producing professional deliverables. /liliTeamwork mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced environments. /liliA relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage. /liliFluency in English; German/French a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
