YOUR ROLE
At Capgemini Engineering Switzerland, we are expanding our community of talented engineers and consultants across multiple key industries: Life Sciences, Aerospace, Watchmaking, Industrial Manufacturing, and Food & Beverage.
As an Engineering & Technology Consultant, you will contribute to exciting and varied projects with leading Swiss and international companies. You will bring your expertise, curiosity, and consulting mindset to solve complex technical challenges, support digital transformation initiatives, and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
You will:
* Work on diverse projects depending on your expertise (software, hardware, systems, testing, automation, mechanics, quality, data, etc.).
* Collaborate with client teams to understand technical needs and propose high‑value engineering solutions.
* Leverage modern technologies and engineering methodologies to deliver impactful results.
* Adapt quickly across environments and technical domains, embracing a generalist and solution‑oriented approach.
* Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within Capgemini Engineering.
* Bring strong communication skills and a consulting mindset to ensure clear stakeholder interactions.
* Be open to mobility within Switzerland according to project needs.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for people with a strong interest in technology, engineering, and consulting, ideally bringing:
* A degree in engineering (software, electronics, mechanical, biomedical, systems, automation, materials, or related fields).
* A passion for solving technical challenges and contributing to diverse engineering environments.
* Experience in one of our focus industries is a plus: Life Sciences, Aerospace, Horlogerie, Industrial Manufacturing, Food & Beverage.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers.
* Mobility across Switzerland and willingness to work on client sites when required.
* A generalist mindset with the willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
* English proficiency; French and/or German are an advantage depending on region.
