What you will do
* Act as a key finance partner to CFO and support operational decision making
* Manage a finance/accounting team of 6 direct reports
* Lead collaboration across the Group function (20+ affiliates, mostly in Africa)
* Lead critical finance projects (e.g., Odoo ERP implementation, governance and financial process improvements)
Key responsibilities
* Oversight of accounting and finance operations
* Revenue and profitability analysis
* Budgeting and forecasting
* KPI monitoring
* Cash flow management
* Operational decision support for management
* Ensure compliance, internal controls, and coordination of audits, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements
You will report to our CFO
What you will need
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance
* Strong Knowledge of French statutory reporting and IFRS
* 5-10 years of management of a finance team (minimum 5 direct reports)
* 10 yrs + of controlling experience in an international BtoB service or construction environnment
* Expatriation experience
* Fluent French and English
