Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Local Lausanne Support
 * Everything Laptops (Windows and MAC)– purchase, sending for repairs, maintaining asset management, setup, configuration, maintenance, patching, updates, upgrades, device drivers setup and troubleshooting etc.
 * Everything Mobile Phones (Apple, Samsung) – purchasing, sending for repairs, maintaining asset management, setup, configuration, maintenance, patching, updates, upgrades etc.
 * Managing the provision of new
 * Everything Video Conferencing – We have Cisco and Logitech across our Meeting rooms using Zoom, Webex and Teams.
 * Setting up of mobile VC equipment for special events and providing hands on support (end to end). Internet connectivity, Projectors, Sound, Lighting, Cameras etc.
 * Switzerland Active Directory Management, housekeeping, troubleshooting and maintenance
 * Email Defence Perimeter (External / Internal Defence) Mimecast and O365
 * User Policies
 * Standard Operating Procedures
 * Support users remotely (either in Switzerland or other parts of the world)
Global Support
 * Participate in all Global IT Support functions where you will be exposed to many technology subjects ranging from Cloud Azure, O365 Online, Mimecast, Exchange, Teams, etc, to chosen
Qualifications
 * Min 2 years' experience in onsite services.
 * Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all layers of the organisation.
 * Ability to learn quickly
 * Works well within a team as well as an individual.
 * A self-started without the need for day-to-day management
 * English is a must
Technical Proficiency
 * Desktop and Laptop Installation and Support (Windows as well as Apple Devices)
 * Proficient in installation and support of peripherals – Printers, Scanners etc…
