Overview Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd is a UK-based international coach training school, active in over 30 countries through licensed distributorships.
We are looking for Connectors — people who enjoy building relationships and opening doors — to help us expand our international network of Master Distributors .
Master Distributors are business partners who own and run their own coaching school under the Noble Manhattan umbrella (similar to a franchise model). More details here:www.coachingfranchise.org|www.noble-manhattan.com
The connector\'s role it’s about connecting us with the right people .
Responsibilities Identifying and approaching potential Master Distributors
Introducing Noble Manhattan to entrepreneurs, senior coaches, training providers, and education businesses
Starting conversations and making warm introductions
Acting as a bridge between potential partners and our internal team
Working independently, remotely, and flexibly
You won’t be expected to “close deals” — we handle that part.
Qualifications Are naturally good at networking and relationship-building
Have experience in partnerships, business development, introductions, or strategic connections
Are comfortable reaching out to senior or entrepreneurial profiles
Communicate confidently in English
Are self-driven and organised
Experience in coaching, training, education, or international business is a plus, but not essential.
