This strategic role is pivotal in shaping and executing the bank’s data strategy, ensuring robust data governance, and driving innovation through advanced analytics and AI. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to unlock the full value of data across the organization.**YOUR ROLE*** **Data Strategy & Governance**: Define and implement the bank’s data governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.* **Data Architecture**: Design and oversee the enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.* **Data Integration**: Lead initiatives to integrate data from various internal and external sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency.* **Analytics & Visualization**: Promote the use of data visualization and self-service analytics tools to empower business users and enhance decision-making.* **AI & Machine Learning**: Drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies, from proof-of-concept to production, in collaboration with data scientists and business units.* **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of data professionals (data engineers, data scientists, analysts), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.* **Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all data-related matters and represent the Data Office in strategic initiatives.**YOUR PROFILE*** Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.* 10+ years of experience in data management roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.* Proven experience in: + Data governance and regulatory compliance (e.g., FINMA, GDPR) + Designing and implementing data architectures (cloud-native, data mesh, and modern data platforms) + Data integration tools and ETL processes + Business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) + AI/ML frameworks and data science methodologies* Strong understanding of banking and financial services data domains.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Fluent in English and French* **Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate****Our Maison’s DNA** is defined by five core values. **Excellence** drives us to be the best at what we do, while **Innovation** fuels our progress. **Respect** underpins every interaction, and **Integrity** shapes our actions.
