Mission
Alpiq is focused on the long‑term management of renewable energy assets across Europe. Our Italian portfolio includes operational utility‑scale solar PV, wind and small hydro assets.
Responsibilities
Lead the operational and financial management of a portfolio of solar PV, wind, and mini‑hydro assets in Italy.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize performance, availability, and value.
Monitor KPIs, production data, budgets, and cash flows to ensure targets are achieved.
Manage asset‑level budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial models.
Ensure compliance with financing agreements, lender reporting, and covenant requirements.
Oversee key contracts (O&M, PPA, land lease, insurance) and manage external partners.
Ensure compliance with Italian regulatory frameworks and monitor market developments.
Lead and support the Asset Management team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
Value Creation: Driving EBITDA growth and long‑term asset value through performance optimization, cost control, and strategic initiatives (refinancing, contract optimization).
Financial Performance: Protecting cash flow stability and ensuring compliance with financing structures and shareholders return expectations.
Operational Excellence: Increasing asset availability and improving technical performance across the portfolio.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying and managing operational, regulatory, and market risks to preserve downside protection.
Your Profile
Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, infrastructure, or IPP environments.
Strong knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and regulatory framework and strong experience in O&M contract management.
Experience managing utility‑scale solar and/or wind assets.
Solid experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with project finance structures and lender requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
