Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Global Transportation team as the Master Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing master data related to transportation in SAP and other systems. This includes monitoring system settings, updating delivery schedules, and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to transportation data flow. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
1. Govern and maintain master data related to transportation in SAP, SCM, JDE, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder TMS, and other systems.
2. Support Control Tower visibility accuracy by troubleshooting ERP related process issues and proposing solutions ensuring the users’ understanding of the system requirements
3. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transportation system usage.
4. Generate/leverage reports ensuring transportation master data is correctly aligned across all relevant systems.
5. Develop and implement solutions to enhance transportation data flow efficiency.
6. Document transportation data flows to be used for training and design awareness.
7. Provide support and assistance to internal stakeholders on transportation master data and configuration settings.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
Qualifications
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
10. Proven experience (2+ years) in transportation management, preferably in a global setting.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
15. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
16. Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
