Mission
Your primary mission is to calculate retrocessions (commissions) payable to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and business introducers across the Group.
Main responsibilities
Receive, digitize, and file contracts.
Enter base data into the dedicated commission system.
Control and correct source data used in commission calculations.
Verify calculations, including VAT computation.
Interact with and respond to questions from Group Accounting, the EAM department, and Relationship Managers.
Verify provisions related to retrocessions.
Run simulation scenarios for retrocession calculations for new contracts.
Enter and validate non-full-STP (non-automated) retrocession domains.
Produce various reports (statistics, accounting entries creation, supporting documents dispatch).

Your Profile
5+ years’ experience desired in accounting or administration.
Precision, flexibility, rigor, adaptability, strong sense of responsibility and service, stress resilience, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and discretion.
Good command of standard office tools (Excel, Word; Business Objects is a plus). Knowledge of the Quartal Commission system is a strong advantage.
Languages
Native French or bilingual level; very good command of English (spoken and written).

Others
Familiarity with commission processes and VAT rules in a financial institution is an asset.
