Construction Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of work progress and quality
Supervision of teams and leading site meetings
Project handover, reporting and presentation to the technical director
Validation of methods, compliance with standards and contractual commitments
Preparation and costing of works, definition of resources and operating methods
Organisation and planning of the site, logistical coordination and external mandates
Relations with client and project manager, defending the company’s interests
Profile
Proven field experience and solid technical training covering various trades
Excellent memory and ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel), MS Project is an asset
Ability to take on responsibilities autonomously on large-scale sites
Strong leadership, sense of delegation and team management in a collaborative and demanding spirit
Rigour in meeting deadlines and standards, while maintaining clear communication with management and colleagues
