Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content across multiple digital platforms to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking to produce content that resonates with target audiences while supporting marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate is imaginative, social media-savvy, and skilled at translating ideas into visually and verbally compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative content strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
* Produce high-quality multimedia content, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Write engaging captions, blog posts, and copy optimized for platform-specific audiences.
* Manage social media calendars, scheduling content for consistent posting and engagement.
* Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to inform content strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns and launches.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build community relationships.
* Track and analyze content performance using social analytics tools to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
* Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and sponsored content initiatives.
* Maintain organized digital asset libraries and content archives.
* Support paid social media campaigns by creating creative assets and A/B testing content formats.
* Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns, promotions, and storytelling initiatives.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
* Stay updated on social media platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, management, or digital marketing.
* Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
* Strong photography, videography, and editing skills with an eye for composition and visual storytelling.
* Excellent writing and communication skills with understanding of tone and audience engagement.
* Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and social media advertising is a plus.
* Highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
* Creative mindset with awareness of current cultural and digital trends.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
