Job Role
This specialized role involves delivering high-touch service to client travelers, requiring exceptional destination knowledge and outstanding GDS skills. The successful candidate will be accountable for individual and shared team goals, delivering customer service and accurate international/domestic travel arrangements, and special requests.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm CET.
Key Requirements
* 2+ years of corporate travel experience.
* 2+ years of native Amadeus GDS experience (until end of year without tools such as SBP or Speedway).
* Experience in booking and quoting trips (flight, train), considering provider conditions.
Preferred Supplier Strategy
* Create logistics plans respecting customer travel policies.
* Handle inquiries mainly via email with Outlook/Salesforce, also by phone.
* Good knowledge of flight/train bookings, including group bookings (training available).
* Interest in reservation systems and participant registration solutions like Meeting Central.
* IT affinity; experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
* Structured work and time management skills.
* Team spirit and willingness to accept technical instructions.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, proactive service mindset.
* Interest in continuous training and quick learning ability.
* Back-office experience preferred, troubleshooting resourcefulness, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
* Problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and managing workflow in a fast-paced environment.
