Job Description
- Manage an international procurement portfolio across multiple regions
- Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (country teams, finance, supply chain)
- Monitor operational performance (OTIF, lead times, service quality)
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and incidents
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes
- Contribute to demand and supply planning activities
- Support stakeholders in the use of procurement tools and processes
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and governance frameworks
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (P2P, planning, logistics)
- Ability to operate in complex, matrix organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience with operational performance tracking
- Fluent in English, French is a strong plus
- Comfortable in an international environment
