Your Responsibilities
1. You plan and deliver technical training for service technicians, customers and internal employees
2. You design, update, and optimize technical training materials
3. You develop innovative didactic tools (simulators, practical training aids) to explain complex technical topics
4. You implement and further develop digital training solutions (e-learning, video learning, blended learning)
5. You work closely with project management, technical departments and the documentation team
6. You conduct needs analysis for technical and product-related training
7. You support customers in the field by solving technical issues (troubleshooting)
8. You manage technical training projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners
Your Profile
9. You have completed training as a vehicle mechanic / diagnostic technician or hold an equivalent technical qualification
10. You possess strong knowledge of combustion engines and electronics
11. You hold a qualification in adult education or have proven experience in structured technical teaching
12. You are proficient in project management principles and tools
13. You are comfortable with digital tools and understand blended learning concepts
14. You are open to occasionally travel internationally
15. You are fluent in English and German. French is an asset
