This role will ensure performance, potential, succession, and career development as one coherent and trusted talent cycle. Acting as a partner to Comex members and senior leaders, the Head of Performance & Talent Management strengthens leadership continuity and long-term capability.Responsibilities: - Performance Management Framework: Design and lead the Maison's performance review cycle for Retail (promoting a culture of feedback, accountability, and meaningful performance outcomes to support development, succession, and career decisions). - Act as the BPO (business project owner) for IT team topics related to performance/talent management. - Talent & Succession: Lead succession planning for critical roles (Comex-1 and BU GMs-1) in partnership with the Executive Committee. Define succession principles, governance, and readiness through annual succession reviews and synthesize insights. Identify pipeline risks and propose targeted development actions. Act as an advisor to senior leaders on bench strength and leadership continuity.- Succession Framework & HR Enablement: Design a scalable Maison succession framework applicable across tools, processes, and governance enabling consistent deployment. Enable Regional and Local HRDs to conduct succession planning aligned with the Maison and synthesize global succession for executive visibility.- Career & Development: Maintain clear career paths for Retail; integrate performance, development, and succession into a coherent talent ecosystem. Promote internal progression as a lever for engagement and retention. Strengthen managers' capabilities to conduct career and development discussions.- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track performance and talent KPIs. Monitor the quality of talent analytics dashboards. Review outcomes regularly with senior stakeholders. Continuously improve frameworks based on insights and feedback.- Budget Management: Manage the budget for all owned topics.How you can fit:- 10 years of experience in performance & talent management within global roles; English proficiency required, French is a plus.- Expertise in performance and talent management in complex environments.- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.- Ability to constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders.- A balance of fairness, development focus, and high performance.What we offer:As a Living Wage Certified employer, we guarantee all our practices meet or exceed established living wage standards.
