The role sits as the intersection of technology, data and process management. You’ll work closely with Product, Client Delivery, and Client Engagement teams to ensure seamless integration, transformation, and delivery of data for our clients. You will be the go‑to expert for data workflows, operational excellence, and process optimization. /p h3Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liOwn the end‑to‑end data onboarding and transformation process – from ingestion to mapping, cleansing, and validation. /li liConnect and maintain automated data connectors within the MSIGHTS Platform for ingesting data from various marketing platforms. /li liInvestigate data anomalies and execute quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and success metrics. /li liManage Agile project workflows and drive delivery of key data initiatives and client configurations. /li liChampion process improvement – identify bottlenecks and drive solutions that enhance efficiency and scale. /li liBecome a subject matter expert on the MSIGHTS Platform, supporting both client implementations and internal tools. /li liMaintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liFluency in English and Spanish; additional European language a strong plus. /li liBachelor’s degree in information Systems, Business Analytics, Technology Transformation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). /li liExperience working with data pipelines, ETL processes, or marketing data sources (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Adobe, etc.). /li liFamiliarity with data quality, data mapping, and data transformation best practices. /li liWorking knowledge of Agile/SCRUM frameworks and project management tools. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills, a love of structured processes, and an eye for detail. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Salary and Benefits /h3 pSalary commensurate with experience.
