This internship is for you! Intern at the Department - 100% (at the location) As an Intern in the Department, you will provide support for events and the institution. You will participate in the logistics of events organized at headquarters as well as in this context, you will contribute to event management, updating and organizing the annual calendar of events and the logistics of departmental activities. You will also be required to conduct site visits to support certain events and to participate directly in their implementation. You will autonomously handle certain files related to event management. You will also participate in the management of stands during events and support the team in managing promotional items, from their proposal to their follow-up. You will contribute to processing supplier invoices linked to departmental activities. Profile: You hold a vocational diploma in business or an equivalent degree and have a first experience or internship in the events field. You master common office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You are also comfortable with event management tools and materials, have an excellent sense of hospitality and service, and feel at ease communicating with diverse audiences. Organized and meticulous, you know how to plan your activities, manage your priorities, and demonstrate autonomy. Flexible and committed, you are open and available to occasionally work in the evening or on weekends during events. You also demonstrate a good team spirit and enjoy teamwork.
