Your role
At Swisseon, you will grow your business with a high level of autonomy and a compensation model aligned with your performance:
* Identify, acquire and develop HNW/UHNW client relationships
* Generate sustainable Net New Assets (NNA) and grow Assets under Management (AuM)
* Increase wallet share and optimise portfolio profitability
* Take full ownership of the client relationship, from prospecting to long-term retention
* Provide asset allocation advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon and risk profile
* Recommend bespoke investment solutions
* Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance follow-up
* Work closely with Investment Managers and product specialists
* Maintain rigorous AML/KYC discipline and regulatory compliance
* Ensure structured documentation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
* Contribute actively to team momentum and business growth
The profile we are looking for
* Master’s degree with a specialisation in Finance preferred
* CFA and/or MBA is a strong advantage
* Fluent in English or French, and an additional language would be an asset
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing UHNW clients
* Strong existing client network within target markets
* Excellent investment expertise and strong financial analytical skills
* Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset
