Job Description:
In your responsible role, you will work within the Retail Services Operations & IT business unit, acting as a link between the point of sale and headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for users of the POS and merchandise management systems, handling operational inquiries related to daily business at our sales locations.
You will support the team in projects related to process optimization and system development in the retail sector, advising retail departments on new technologies. Organizing and conducting user training courses will also be part of your responsibilities.
Required experience and skills include:
* Commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies
* Technical understanding or interest in retail technology
* Structured and goal-oriented work style
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit
* Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Passion for fashion and lifestyle
* Experience in retail or textile industry is a plus
