Strategic Sales & Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales & Project Manager to drive the establishment and growth of our bathroom concept within the Swiss healthcare market. This pivotal role will focus on B2B sales to nursing homes, elderly care facilities, rehabilitation clinics, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential project leads and present our bathroom concept to secure buy-in from various stakeholders.
* Prepare comprehensive proposals and close agreements with clients.
* Oversee projects from agreement to delivery, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with our production and technical departments.
* Contribute to market development and adaptability by taking on diverse tasks as needed.
* Operate from an established office conveniently located near your residence.
Qualifications:
* Sales & Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding and ability to present and explain simple technical drawings.
* Commercial Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably from long-term sales processes or project sales (1-5 years).
* Industry Network: Strong network within the construction industry and/or nursing homes/hospitals in Switzerland.
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in French, primary focus on French-speaking Switzerland. Proficiency in English and/or German is also required.
* Software Knowledge: Familiarity with drawing programs such as Archicad and Revit is advantageous.
* Senior Profile: This role requires a more senior than junior profile, reflecting the opportunity for significant career progression within the organization.
