You will help ensure people processes run efficiently day to day, with a strong focus on organisation, accuracy, and effective communication. **Role Purpose** We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator for our Sincereal factory based in Bromborough. To provide comprehensive administrative, HR, and operational support within a busy manufacturing environment. This role is critical in supporting the site leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and enabling effective people processes across the site. **Key Responsibilities** This role provides comprehensive administrative and HR support across the full employee lifecycle within a manufacturing site, including onboarding, contractual changes, and leaver processes. You will support site payroll and time and attendance activities, liaising closely with central payroll teams to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirements, supporting recruitment through interview coordination, offer issuance, pre-employment checks, and onboarding packs. You will also track absence, holiday, and timekeeping data, producing reports for site leaders, and support training administration by maintaining training matrices, monitoring mandatory compliance, booking courses, and coordinating site inductions.
