This role is suited for Medical Device Sales professionals with experience in chronic pain, neuromodulation, or surgical therapy areas. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that improves patients' lives.About the CompanyOur client is a global medical device company specializing in spinal cord stimulation (SCS) systems designed to treat chronic pain and diabetic neuropathy. Their proprietary, evidence-based neuromodulation platform is used by leading healthcare providers worldwide to deliver clinically proven, minimally invasive pain relief solutions.About the RoleAs a Sales Representative, you will be expected to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory. This is a strategic, field-based medical device sales role focused on promoting, selling, and supporting devices and services in clinical settings, as well as providing training to healthcare professionals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlanning/Results OrientationDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned healthcare accounts.Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and customer activity reports.Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within the current customer base and help formulate sales strategies.Influence and Selling SkillsIdentify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff.Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers.Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product range.Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors.Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.Gather and share competitor intelligence and customer insights to inform sales strategy.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and leadership.Ensure a professional standard of written and verbal communication.Requirements2+ years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in pain management, neuromodulation, surgical products, or interventional therapies.A strong sales track record and the ability to develop new accounts and grow existing relationships.Demonstrated ability to train clinical stakeholders and support complex products.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biological Sciences or Business.Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory.Fluency in English, German and French.
