Job Opportunity: Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA) Based in north-western Switzerland, Aero Group is a well-established EASA Part-CAMO organization, holding ratings for piston and turbine airplanes, as well as piston and turbine helicopters, including electrical and avionics capabilities. We are committed to providing our customers with demonstrated craftsmanship and adhering to current regulations in both Initial and Continuing Airworthiness. We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Main Responsibilities Establish and follow up on maintenance policy and program, submit to FOCA for approval.
Plan and monitor Line and Base maintenance activities, including work planning, issuing work orders, and resource coordination.
Carry out all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance contract.
Perform technical follow-up, analyze Aircraft Technical Log, verify work reports and technical records, and ensure aircraft release to service from contracted organizations.
Verify modifications and repairs are performed to approved standards.
Manage embodiment of Airworthiness Directives and maintain continuing airworthiness records.
Oversee operator’s aircraft optional modification policies.
Manage defect rectification and follow-up on MEL/HIL.
Monitor and update the CAME, submitting proposed amendments to FOCA.
Communicate with internal and external partners, maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate maintenance with contracted Part-145 and Flight Operations teams.
Assist the NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, SILs, and execute aviation design projects as required.
Support internal audits and review CAMO processes in accordance with Part-145 MOE and CAME.
Navigate and understand company manuals, aircraft manufacturer manuals, and EASA regulations.
Requirements Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in maintenance control activities or 2 years with relevant certification/license.
Possession of a maintenance certification license in category B1, B2, or C, or an equivalent license.
Knowledge of aviation field, technical education, proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
Clean criminal record and certificates from debt collection register.
Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
Strong management skills, reliability, accuracy, and responsibility.
Eligible to work in Switzerland, willing to relocate to Neuchâtel region.
