In this role, you will oversee Talent Acquisition services and Talent & Organizational Development activities while acting as an HR Business Partner for defined business areas. You work closely with senior leaders and HR leadership to translate business needs into effective people and HR solutions. The position combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage Talent Acquisition service delivery and related processes
* Lead vendor management activities across Talent Acquisition and Talent & Organizational Development
* Act as HR Business Partner for defined business units
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR leadership teams
* Translate business needs into scalable HR processes and system solutions
* Support strategic HR initiatives through project and portfolio management
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous process improvement
* Drive cross‑functional collaboration across HR and the wider organization
Candidate Profile
* University degree in HR, Economics, Psychology or a related field
* Master’s degree is an advantage
* 10+ years of professional experience within HR
* At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
* Minimum 3 years of experience in service or vendor management roles
* Strong business acumen with the ability to advise senior stakeholders
* Proven project management expertise and certification
* Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in fast‑growing, international environments
* High resilience, adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity
* Fluent English required
