You support our customers throughout the entire purchase process for property and legal protection insurance.
You contact new customers to strengthen and expand the collaboration.
You advise exclusively via phone, email, or screen sharing.
You review applications carefully, process them, and coordinate with internal departments.
No two days are the same – and our team dynamics will excite you.
You represent our services and the Life-Time-Partner approach.
What you bring:
You have practical experience in sales, customer support, or telephone support.
An additional qualification as an insurance broker VBV or insurance specialist with federal certification is advantageous.
You enjoy exchanging ideas with people and love telephone contact.
You quickly recognize the needs and expectations of our customers.
You are independent, precise, and familiar with technical and methodological processes.
You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, and expressive Italian skills.
