Let\'s get in touch.What You\'ll Be DoingConducting legal assessments, preparing customer-facing documents, and providing ongoing supportAdvising the business on complex legal and regulatory issues surrounding products and services, marketing, and promotion of investment productsResearching a range of complex legal and regulatory questions, and providing legal analyses and recommendations to support business initiatives and decisionsAdvising on resolution of customer complaints and disputesPartnering with our commercial Legal Counsels in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating regulatory parts of agreements and legal documentsDrafting, planning, and implementing compliance policies and procedures for regulatory mattersIdentifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting on operational, legal, regulatory, and compliance risksWhat You\'ll NeedA master\'s degree or equivalent in law, with excellent academic and law firm credentials10+ years of experience in wealth and trading (investment services, financial markets, and/or asset management), including retail coverageExperience as a private-practise lawyer at a top law firmExpertise in advising on Financial Services Act (FinSA) and Financial Institutions Act (FinIA) implementation, Anti Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and Banking Act (BA)Knowledge of outsourcing and Swiss bank-client confidentiality requirementsA business-oriented mindset to find actionable solutions to legal and regulatory challengesOwnership skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situationsA good understanding of financial markets and complex financial instrumentsExceptional project management and communication skills, including the ability to oversee implementation of complex projectsProblem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutionsFluency in EnglishFluency in French or GermanNice to haveIn-house experienceAn interest in financial markets with broad-based securities and/or asset management experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
