Job Description
* Responsible for the accounting, bookkeeping, tax and other compliance activities of Roberto Cavalli Spa branches and controlled companies, mostly based in Europe (currently 11 entities), operating in the retail business;
* Supervision and coordination of 1 accountant that will support the Candidate in the daily bookkeeping and other accounting closure activities;
* Manage the general ledger and any other accounting entries about the assigned entities: store revenues, bookings, and sales audit activities, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets journals, payroll entries, bank transactions,
* Manage VAT, Tax Returns, and other compliances about the assigned entities;
* Prepare the statutory accounts and tax returns of the assigned entities, in accordance with applicable accounting standards and tax rules; in these activities, the Candidate will have the support of external accounting services and tax consultants engaged for each entity.
* Dealing with auditors, external accounting services, tax consultants, other advisors, and tax officers;
* Support the entire Group accounting team in the preparation of the monthly Consolidated accounts and business review reports;
* Support and promote initiatives toward efficiency and cost savings.
Languages: Fluent in English and Italian;
Computer Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office; Knowledge of AS400 will be a plus
