The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), with production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania, and Taiwan.

As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's business processes. You will work closely with various departments, stakeholders, and teams to identify areas for improvement, design and implement streamlined processes, and monitor their performance to ensure they align with our business objectives. This role requires a keen understanding of business operations, high-level end-to-end system logic in D365 (ERP), analytical and strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive process changes successfully.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Process Analysis and Evaluation:
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
* Summarize large and unstructured data/information into presentable formats for stakeholders’ review.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align process changes with strategic goals.
* Utilize data-driven insights to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure process performance and outcomes.
1. Process Design and Implementation:
* Develop and design streamlined processes and procedures that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
* Ensure that new processes are clearly documented, communicated to relevant teams, and effectively implemented.
* Work with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and ensure smooth integration of process changes.
2. Process Monitoring and Optimization:
* Establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of implemented processes to identify potential issues or deviations.
* Regularly analyze performance data, gather feedback, and make adjustments to continuously improve processes.
* Implement industry best practices and standards to further optimize business processes.
3. Change Management and Leadership:
* Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.
* Engage and educate employees at all levels on process changes, addressing concerns, and promoting adoption.
* Provide guidance and support during transitions to ensure adherence to new processes.
* Maintain strong stakeholder management skills to convince stakeholders of proposed improvements for better processes across functions.
* Act as a champion for process excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
* Identify opportunities to automate processes or integrate technological solutions to streamline workflows.
* Monitor industry trends and best practices related to BPMN and process documentation to drive ongoing improvements.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* End-to-end process maturity
* Achievement of process KPI targets
* Consistent service levels provided to key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business process management, process improvement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related roles.
* Experience in driving process improvements in supply chain or manufacturing areas.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
* Familiarity with process modeling and workflow software tools.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience in program/project management.
* Facilitation and moderation skills in process mapping and improvement workshops.
* Consulting experience with ERP solutions is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Experience with ERP integration for new system rollouts.
* Consulting background is preferred.
