We are looking for a Management Controller ( %)(both operational and mission) In close collaboration with the management and the existing accounting team, you will ensure the financial steering of the group companies through management control, in order to provide relevant and reliable elements for business management: (performance/KPI, budget tracking, dashboards, project/department margin analysis, reliability and consistency of data). The position combines management control missions and an accounting role. Of course, monitoring compliance with accounting, tax, and social regulations, as well as interactions with external auditors are integral parts of your responsibilities. Higher education in management with a specialization in management control. Minimum X years in a similar role, ideally in an SME. Good sense and ability to work in a cross-functional manner and to propose solutions, comfortable with analytical accounting. Mastery of Swiss accounting, social, and tax standards. Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
