We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer HVAC profile for one of our industrial clients. Your missions: As part of engineering projects and technical infrastructures on an industrial site, you will be involved in CAPEX projects related to utilities and HVAC. Based on the needs expressed by the teams and technical managers, you will engage in the entire project cycle: Definition of technical needs and writing specifications for utilities and HVAC (heat/cold production, air treatment, industrial fluid networks, energy systems). Management of technical studies in connection with engineering offices, suppliers, and internal teams (maintenance, production, HSE). Management of suppliers and companies involved in the projects: coordinating stakeholders, monitoring planning and budget, supervising work, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and overseeing the commissioning phases as well as resolving technical issues related to the site’s infrastructures. Contribution to the energy performance of utilities and HVAC of the site by evolving within a multidisciplinary engineering team, interacting with maintenance, production, HSE teams as well as with external partners (engineering firms, suppliers, and contractors). Profile: Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac5) in the fields of energy, industrial engineering, engineering, or utilities. Confirmed experience (around 10 to 15 years or more) in industrial engineering, ideally on utility and technical infrastructure projects. Experience in managing industrial CAPEX projects, including technical study oversight, work monitoring, and commissioning. Understanding of HVAC systems and industrial utilities: air treatment, heat/cold production, steam networks, compressed air, chilled water, energy systems. Experience in demanding industrial environments (process industry, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, or equivalent). Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (technical teams, operators, engineering offices, and suppliers). Autonomy, analytical skills, and capability to manage technical projects in an industrial environment.
