For our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project at the Kreuzlingen (Switzerland) site we are looking to strengthen our team with a SAP Inhouse Consultant CAR (d/f/m) Digitalization is changing the way we are successful and work together as HOLY FASHION GROUP today and in the future. For us, the enterprise resource planning platform SAP S/4 HANA is the basis for intelligent processes and innovation on the way to becoming a data-driven/platform-based fashion company. We would like to start and shape this transformation process together with you. Your Responsibilities
* Support and further development of our SAP CAR system, with a focus on:
* SAP Allocation Management (AMR)
* Financial Planning, Merchandise Planning, and Assortment Planning
* POS DTA (Point of Sale Data Transfer and Audit)
* Ensuring efficient data processes and planning integrations between SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of SLT and DRF_OUT replication processes for real-time data transfer
* Designing and implementing end-to-end processes in the areas of planning, analysis, and reporting – in close collaboration with the Sales, Purchasing, and Controlling departments
* Coordinating external service providers and managing projects in the SAP CAR environment
* Conducting system tests, error analyses, and providing support for ongoing operations
Required experience and skills:
* Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally with a focus on SAP CAR or SAP Retail
* Solid knowledge of SAP CAR, especially in the following modules:
* AMR, POS DTA, Financial Planning
* Merchandise Planning & Assortment Planning
* Strong understanding of retail processes and SAP interfaces (e.g., SAP SD, MM, BW)
* Excellent analytical skills, a proactive working style, and strong team spirit
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
