Tasks
What You’ll Do
* Develop and lead digital marketing and brand strategies across multiple markets.
* Manage campaigns across various channels: social media, SEO/SEM, email, partnerships.
* Drive viral, guerrilla, and street marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
* Oversee content production and ensure tone, look & feel match the brand identity.
* Analyze KPIs, report performance, and iterate based on data.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, creators, influencers, and partners.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the adult industry or similar high-creativity, high-impact environments.
* 5+ years in digital marketing, brand management, or communication roles.
* Mastery of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit) and viral growth tactics.
* Strong skills in SEO, paid ads, email marketing, analytics (GA4, Data Studio).
* Fluent in 3 languages Italian, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
Portuguese knowledge is a nice to have
* A proactive mindset, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
