Min. 2-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry
Strong understanding of the Swiss market, specifically regarding B2B behavior in the French-speaking region.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for efficient pipeline management.
Ability to identify decision-makers quickly and approach them with confidence.
Persuasive communicator with a winning personality in customer contact.
Structured and detail-oriented way of working, even with administrative tasks.
Operational and hands-on mindset, with a strong willingness to spend time in the field and engage directly with clients.
Passion for food and the ability to inspire others with exciting food stories.
Native or bilingual proficiency in French and strong English skills are a must – German is a plus.
Valid driving license, as you will spend up to 50% of your time on-site with customers.
