Project : For a long-term project in the public sector, we are looking for experienced test managers (m/f/d) to ensure quality assurance in complex IT projects. Their responsibilities include establishing and further developing test processes and supporting a central test factory, which is responsible for creating realistic test specifications and automating test cases. The goal is to ensure high stability and traceability in the acceptance of complex business processes and interfaces through professional test management.
Tasks :
* Creation and further development of test plans, methods and processes
* Collection and documentation of requirements for test case specifications
* Conducting impact analyses on regression tests for new releases
* Consulting and collaboration with the Product Owner
* Development and review of test cases and clarification of open points with developers
* Review of user systems for automation potential
* Business review of automated test cases
* Ensuring and controlling the required test data
* Review of automated tests (including SOAP)
* Implementation of defect management and control of error correction
* Ensuring and extending test coverage
* Coordination with professional and technical stakeholders
Requirements :
* Several years of experience in test management (at least 2 years in a complex project environment with multiple applications and interfaces)
* In-depth knowledge of Jira & Confluence including Xray as test management tools
* Experience with ALM and traceability of requirements → test cases
* Technical knowledge in the Java environment (Jenkins, Allure, Bitbucket)
* Experience with SOAP/UI and XML via SOAP interfaces
* Willingness to work at least 2 days a week in the Bern region
* Willingness to conduct a security audit (PSP)
Desirable additional qualifications :
* Experience in specifying end-to-end tests based on BPMN including impact analysis
* Knowledge of test concepts, test strategies, risk analyses, effort estimations
* Experience in communicating with various stakeholders (professional & technical)
* Experience in agile software development (Scrum ceremonies, features, acceptance criteria)
* Project experience in a public environment / administration
