As the premier supplier to our client, a leading Swiss IT Service company in Switzerland. Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Tean Lead IAM Expert.
Our client is looking for a candidate to join a team of 15 who manage the Active Directories, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM, and PKI solutions for all Managed Services customers. Working with the technical leads, you will continuously shape the further development of the services for which you are responsible (more than 35,000 users) and ensure stable and highly secure operations.

* Further development of the team and the services you are responsible for, whereby you are actively involved in the design and optimization of processes to increase the efficiency and quality of the services
* Participation in the creation of offers for the acquisition of new customers in various industries
* Involvement in complex and challenging projects for renowned clients, where you will use your skills and experience to implement innovative and sustainable solutions
* Planning and monitoring of audits according to ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISAE 3402 to ensure that all processes and systems meet the highest standards and are continuously improved
* Implementing and managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures to ensure that user access rights are managed securely and efficiently
Requirements
* Proven experience in leading technical teams or in large-scale IT projects
* Completed in-depth computer science training with relevant further training
* Strong organizational skills that help to handle complex tasks efficiently
* Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM and PKI solutions to understand and master the technical requirements and challenges of this position
* You use your extensive expertise to continuously develop your team and promote innovation in your field
* You inspire with solution-oriented thinking and can communicate and collaborate with various contacts and interfaces in a consensus-oriented manner
* Strong social skills, initiative, resilience, motivation, and the ability to successfully implement ideas are essential. Enjoyment of teamwork is a given
* Must be able to speak fluent German and English
