Customer service administrative (12 months)
The Position
As “Customer Service Administrative“, you will manage a variety of Parker Meggitt premier customer accounts to deliver a world class service and support. The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Order processing and management for Energy customers (OTP / OTR / OTD)
Management of Sales Force case management tool and CPQ
Support with disputes and recovery of cash activities
Support customer experience team with administrative tasks
Customer master data management (MDG)
Support customer experience team in assigned projects
Your Profile
Commercial education orBachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent
Ideally 2 years’ experience in customer
