Description
We are looking for a Materials Scheduler to ensure uninterrupted production through strong material alignment and proactive cross‑functional coordination across our EMEA manufacturing network. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with direct impact on plant attainment, service levels, and inventory optimization. The role is located in Wollerau, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the production plan from a materials perspective across a 0–6 week horizon
* Ensure materials availability to support uninterrupted production and improve fill rates
* Track and analyze material orders end‑to‑end, identifying risks and shortages early
* Lead weekly Production‑at‑Risk reviews and elevate material gaps and priorities
* Coordinate closely with Material Planning, Production Planning, Factory Scheduling, and Transportation
* Manage critical and past‑due POs, logistics delays, and shipment mode adjustments
* Support inventory optimization, including materials in transit or on quality hold
* Ensure accurate planning and delivery data in SAP, including supplier and ASN compliance
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
* 2–3 years’ experience in materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
* Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
* SAP and supply chain planning tool experience
* Fluent English (written and verbal); APICS/CPSM a plus
