Responsibilities
* Management of the team of assembly leaders (approx. 15 employees)
* Resource and budget planning
* Realizing the internal assembly and external installation of our isolators for customers worldwide
* Ensuring efficient, high-quality, cost-effective and timely project execution
* Continuous further development and improvement of internal processes
* Personal and professional development of employees
* Close exchange and cross-departmental collaboration with stakeholders
* Contributing to the strategy and future planning of the division
* Responsible for the safety of employees
Minimum Requirements
* Completed basic technical training with further training as an industrial foreman or technician
* Several years of professional and management experience in an industrial environment
* Management with key performance indicators (KPI)
* Experience with lean management
* Business fluent in German and English

* Ability to coordinate, work under pressure, team player
* Independent and careful way of working
* High level of personal responsibility; solution-oriented
* Willingness to travel worldwide approx. 10%
