Your tasks
1. Perform dimensional and functional measurements mainly within the inspection and final testing area, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with quality standards.
2. Execute measurements using advanced metrology systems (Zeiss, Leitz, Werth, Mahr) and related software environments (Calypso, Quindos).
3. Define, optimize, and standardize measurement programs and inspection methods in line with AUKOM methodology and ISO GPS standards.
4. Analyze measurement results, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with Quality, Production, and R&D to ensure robust inspection processes.
5. Manage and continuously improve inspection-related measurement processes, documentation, and calibration activities, contributing to the evolution of the metrology setup.
Your profile
6. Technical degree in Mechanical, or equivalent background.
7. At least 3 years of experience in a metrology laboratory or quality measurement environment. AUKOM GD&T certification is a plus.
8. Strong knowledge of dimensional measurement processes, calibration systems, and measurement standards.
9. Analytical, organized, and autonomous, with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
10. Fluent in Italian; English B1.
