What you will accomplish: You ensure compliant cleaning within defined timelines, following the work plans, cleaning plans, established methodologies, and techniques. You ensure that quality standards are met daily by actively managing and effectively supervising teams in various sectors. You master cleaning products, recognize hazards related to products and infrastructure, and comply with the Group's safety instructions. You participate in work tasks and means within the company. You manage cleaning and washing schedules, organize holidays and vacation time, and participate in tasks related to management and your contributions.Education: Completed vocational training (CFC) in the food industry. Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years in the food cleaning sector, first experience in team leadership preferred. You are a person with leadership qualities and a team spirit. Conflict resolution and the development of your team are part of your exemplary behavior, and your skills make you ideal for this position. You are proficient with common tools (MS Office). You are available to work from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM as well as some weekends.
