Job Opportunity: SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant
Join our dynamic team as an SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant, where you'll have the opportunity to work fully remote, supporting South Carolina's statewide ERP system. This role allows you to collaborate with a talented development team, providing technical development services for SAP software, including interfacing with Kronos Workforce Dimensions Suite.
As an SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant, you will:
* Develop quality code and documentation adhering to team standards.
* Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in testing SAP software programs and applications.
* Provide SAP support, including analysis, development, testing, tracking, and resolution.
* Mentor less experienced team members on SAP programming concepts.
* Participate in team activities and planning to improve team skills and quality of work.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
* Enhance and configure Web UI, SAP Web-Dynpro, SAP FPM applications.
* Develop HCM Processes and Forms using FPM/Adobe Form.
* Apply updates and fixes to software applications, including OSS note research and evaluation.
* Develop SAP ECC, SAP HR ABAP, and SAP HCM Applications.
* Provide after-hours support of the SAP system as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of HCM ABAP experience using SAP in a professional environment.
* Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions Suite and Kronos Workforce Ready Suite.
* Understanding of SAP Portal technology and SAP Cloud Integration.
* Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors.
* General understanding of accounting processes.
Preferences
* Deep technical knowledge of relevant SAP parts.
* Experience with development methodologies such as ASAP, Agile, and Waterfall Model.
* Experience in integration technologies like SAP PI, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
