Your Job
This role involves responsibilities in the bakery station of the galley.
- Responsibility for the preparation of dishes at the assigned station in the bakery
- Adhering to the specified instructions and tasks given by the superior
- In charge of the organisation of goods/provisions
- Supervising the station and controlling other areas of the galley
- Own quality control: improving the station in areas where necessary
- In charge of careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the area
- Controlling and maintaining the cleanliness, safety precautions and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations

Qualifications
- Diploma as a patissier or baker
- Work experience as baker, as well as hotel or onboard cruise ship experience
- Trustworthy and able to work by own initiative
- Cost and quality awareness
- Flexibility, reliability and able to work under strain
- Clean appearance
- Working in a professional manner and motivating the team
- Knowledge of English language
