Responsibilities
* Self‑directed preparation of dishes in the hot and cold kitchen.
* Supervision of food service.
* Acceptance, inspection and proper storage of goods.
* Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP).
* Support of daily operations.
* General cleaning and tidying tasks.
* Assistance with event preparation.
Qualifications
* Experience in Thai cuisine.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Clean and structured working style.
* Team spirit and enjoyment of work.
* Resilience and flexibility.
* Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
* Good German language skills.
* Origin from Thailand is an advantage.
