As part of the IT team, you will be the go‑to person for keeping our business applications and web services running smoothly, from day‑to‑day operations to full software lifecycle ownership across the organisation. /p p You will ensure service continuity, manage user access, support end‑users, and contribute to IT projects. Your ability to document what you build and maintain will be as valued as your technical skills. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul libApplication Web Services Management: /b Deploy and maintain on‑premise and cloud/SaaS applications, including ERP systems. Own the full software lifecycle: installation, configuration, updates, patching, and decommissioning. Manage API integrations, reverse proxy configurations (Nginx/Apache), and SSL certificates. /li libDatabase Administration: /b Manage SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL), including backups, access rights, and day‑to‑day queries. This is not a dedicated DBA role, but confidence maintaining and querying databases is expected. /li libIdentity Access Management: /b Manage user identities and permissions through Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and SSO. Enforce RBAC policies, manage groups, and conduct access reviews and audits. /li libData Handling Reporting: /b Handle data exports, basic ETL tasks, and reporting needs using Power BI or equivalent tools to support business operations. /li libUser Support: /b Provide support for users and business applications.
