For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR FURTHER ROLE:
* Develop and diversify the region's business
* Build loyalty and develop the business of your region through your personal action and the efforts of your sales representatives
* Receive commercial information from the network, disseminate it and ensure the implementation of actions
* Locate, evaluate the entire customer/prospect portfolio in your region
* Assess the competition and market prices practiced in your region
* Implement a regional sales strategy in compliance with the development axes and transport plans set by the Sales Department and the Business Departments
* Lead and manage the regional sales team
* Participate in the development of each sales representative's action plan, define objectives, and monitor their achievement
* Lead sales meetings
* Organize regional sales campaigns with the Sales Managers Axis and/or Product
* Support sales representatives through individual interviews and joint visits
* Propose training actions for your team
* Conduct annual progress interviews
* Participate in the recruitment of sales staff
* Manage your team daily
* Analyze and monitor operational results
* Inform Regional Directors and/or Branch Directors of commercial actions undertaken
* Follow up on the profitability of customer accounts and collection issues
* Ensure operational resources are available in coordination with Directors
* Inform and communicate
* Report results and performance to Regional Directors and/or Agency Directors
* Participate in meetings set by regional management and sales management
* Monitor the use of reporting software by your teams
* Specific activities
* Carry out communication missions (sponsoring, events, etc.) and participate in business promotion in your market
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector with several years of experience in Key Account Management
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Experience in healthcare and freight sectors
* Strong IT skills, especially MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP)
* Fluent in English and Swiss German/German, both written and spoken
* Confident demeanor, excellent communication, analytical skills, and initiative
