Job Summary
Define and maintain enterprise IT security architecture standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and designing secure technical solutions. You will be a key player in a dynamic and creative environment with an open and uncomplicated culture at Viseca Payment Services SA.
What You Will Be Doing
* Define and maintain enterprise IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practice standards (PCI‑DSS, NIST CSF).
* Design and review IT systems, applications, and infrastructure by translating business requirements into secure technical solutions, applying principles such as Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, and Integrated Automated Detect & Response.
What You Bring To The Job
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information security.
* Master’s degree in cybersecurity, IT architecture, or equivalent specialization.
* 5 years of proven experience as an IT Security Architect or in a similar senior security or architecture role.
* Leadership personality and capability at structured analysis and abstraction.
* Experience with risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews.
* Strong communication capabilities and teamwork skills.
* Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent are a plus.
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF.
* English: C1 – Advanced.
Nice-to-Haves
* Knowledge of PCI‑DSS.
