Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to lead the implementation of IT Service Management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT or Customer support organizations and 1-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies, as well as 1+ years of experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices.
Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory, with an additional European language being an asset.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a result-driven approach.
About the Role:
* Lead solution implementation projects
* Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation
* Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance
* Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers
* Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content
* Audit existing client's implementation and recommend enhancement
